Electronic Complaints Book and Alternative Dispute Resolution

In accordance with Law No. 144/2015, of September 8, and Law No. 74/2017, Article 5-B, we inform our clients about their rights regarding complaints and alternative dispute resolution.

"Ante Scriptum" (AS): If you wish to make a complaint about a product purchased on our website or any other matter, we invite you to contact us first so that we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

1. ELECTRONIC COMPLAINT BOOK

TISANIUM has an electronic complaints book where its customers can file complaints or request information about products and services through the Electronic Complaints Book , available at the following link: www.livroreclamacoes.com.br

Using this service allows you to submit complaints digitally, ensuring an official record of the complaint with the relevant authorities.

2. ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION

If you have any problems related to your order or service and are unable to resolve them directly with us, you can resort to an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) entity . This route is generally faster, less expensive, and less bureaucratic than a court process.

The available ADR entities are:

CNIACC – National Center for Information and Arbitration of Consumer Disputes www.cniacc.pt – These entities are competent to mediate and arbitrate consumer disputes, helping to resolve conflicts out of court.
