TISANIUM is dedicated to the sale of herbal teas (tisanes) and related products. The essential characteristics of each product are available on the website, with the aim of providing accurate descriptions and illustrative images. Please note that colors and details may vary depending on the user’s screen or device settings.

5. PRICES AND PAYMENTS

Prices:
All prices displayed include VAT at the applicable legal rate. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice; however, the price charged to the customer will always be the one in effect at the time of purchase.

Payment Methods:
We offer several secure payment methods, including MBNet, MB Way, Visa/Mastercard, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Payshop. Specific instructions for each payment method are provided during the checkout process.

6. ORDER PROCESSING

After the order is placed and payment is completed, the customer will receive a confirmation email acknowledging receipt of the order. If a product is unavailable and has been sold inadvertently, we will contact the customer within 48 hours to propose an alternative solution or issue a refund of the amount paid.

7. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Delivery time:
Orders are processed and shipped within up to 2 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery times vary depending on the customer’s location and the contracted delivery services and are therefore beyond TISANIUM’s control.

Shipping costs:
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the order and the destination and are displayed during the checkout process.

8. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Customers have 14 days from the date of receipt to return products, provided they are in perfect condition and in their original packaging. To initiate a return, the customer must contact our customer support service. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of product defect or shipping error.

9. LIABILITY

TISANIUM shall not be held liable for damages resulting from improper use of products or from incorrect information provided by the customer. We are also not responsible for delays or failures in delivery caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as strikes, natural disasters, or other force majeure events.
